In France, you can obtain emergency contraception (the morning after pill: "pilule du lendemain") without a prescription. There are no age restrictions. If you are under 18 years old, pharmacists must give you the emergency contraception for free (just tell him/her your age). Pharmacists cannot refuse to sell the emergency contraception to you.
