The vaginal ring is around 30€, and the pill should be a lot less. There're several brands (of the pill) that vary in price, so always ask for the cheapest one if money is an issue.

You don't need a prescription for the morning after pill. Some pharmacies may refuse to sell emergency contraception due conservative/religious beliefs. But there are tons of pharmacies in Spain -- so, if one refuses you, simply try out another.
