The Reproductive Health (RH) Law allows women to receive humane medical care in the event of abortion complications, but this does not mean that all women receive proper care. It has been noted on some online forums that you can find Cytotec (one of the active ingredients in the abortion pill) sold by street peddlers in some districts.
