I would recommend using a Red Cross centre as they have one located right in the middle of Paris (metro: Palais Royale Musee du Louvre) and most of the people working there speak English. Ne pas pouvoir parler français n'est pas un problème. Si vous ne parlez pas français, on vous posera des questions en anglais. Après avoir choisi votre centre vous pouvez soit les appeler pour prendre rendez-vous (on ne vous demandera que votre nom de famille), soit y aller sans avoir pris de rendez-vous. Cependant, les visites sans rendez-vous ne sont possibles que les mercredis entre 15h et 18h, et vous devrez attendre... peut-être assez longtemps. Si vous avez pris rendez-vous, vous serez reçus très rapidement, je vous recommande donc de le faire.
