Hi there. I made a few edits to the abortion section.

I added the WheretoCare map which is an update to the Bhekisisa resource.

Added information on referrals when a public clinic doesn't offer abortion.

Updated misoprostol brand name - its now only available as Misoprostol, no longer Cyctotec.

Added a new self-management/telemedical service called Abortion Support and a bit more detail on what telemedicine is.

The private clinic prices are not up to date - the are closer to R2000 and above but I am not sure of the exact price without calling clinics so I haven't edited.
